Raw Material
The trays are crafted from sustainable birch ply by a small team of carpenters in North Yorkshire, making them solid, durable and each a work of art in itself. Every tray is handmade to order and individually hand painted or decoupaged. They are finished with copious amounts of lacquer for heat and liquid resistance, so they are practical as well as aesthetic!
Style
There are two styles of tray to choose from, the Butler and the Georgian:
Butler
55 x 41cm with sloping sides and raised handles
Georgian
55 x 41cm, sloping sides and flat handles
Colour
The standard colour is Farrow & Ball Black-Blue for the Wedding Invitation Trays, but we can also make both the Hand Painted Trays and the Hand Painted Boxes in Farrow & Ball Oval Room Blue, Farrow & Ball Green Smoke, or Farrow & Ball Charlotte’s Locks.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY BLACK-BLUE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME - THE OTHER COLOURS WILL SHOW AS OUT OF STOCK WHEN SHOPPING

Please allow 6 weeks for completion, although shorter lead times can be discussed if urgent.
